Next, in case you decide to file a claim, obviously you must provide us some basic data like name, email and personal flight details like your booking code or ticket number.
Your signature is drawn locally and is sent to our server only after your final confirmation. Only the global signed document is sent, not the signature drawing.
Later you will also be asked to inform us about your bank iban so that we can process your payment.
We will keep your data in our servers for 5 years to allow an audit from the authorities.
We will use this data only to claim to the airline and we might share it also with some courts, lawyers or aeronautical enforcement bodies. In some cases we might transfer your process to another claiming company and in such case you will be informed and allowed to refuse.
You have the right to ask us about the contents of your file and correct it.
We will never use personal data for advertisement or any other purpose not referred here.
